Submission of 2022 Personal Income Tax Returns - Deadline October 2, 2023

In accordance with the Decree (No.183/2023), issued by the Cyprus Council of Ministers in June 2023, the deadline for the electronic submission of the 2022 Personal Income Tax returns and the payment of the tax due (if any) according to the self-assessment, has been suspended until October 2, 2023.

The obligation to submit a personal income tax return for tax year 2022, falls on employees, pensioners, and self-employed persons not obliged to prepare audited financial statements.
